Privacy policy

The short version: your calculator inputs never leave your device, we set no tracking cookies, and the only personal data we ever receive is what you type into the contact form.

Calculators

Every calculation on Work Entitlements runs in your browser. Salaries, dates and personal details you enter are not transmitted to us or anyone else, and are gone when you close the page.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that uses no cookies, no localStorage, and no cross-site tracking. It gives us aggregate counts (pages viewed, country, referrer) with no profile of you. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.

Contact form

Submitting the form sends us your email address, chosen topic and message — used solely to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering correspondence (UK GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Messages are retained in our mailbox for up to 24 months, shared with no one, and used for nothing else. The form's anti-spam check also processes your IP address transiently for rate-limiting; it is not stored beyond a 60-second window.

Advertising

The site reserves space for advertising but currently serves none. If ads are introduced, this policy and any consent requirements will be updated first.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, whose edge logs (IP, URL, timestamp) exist transiently for security and delivery; we don't access or store them.

Your rights & contact

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: contact-form emails). Use the contact form. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if unhappy with our answer.
